Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Assist in the setup, installation, and configuration of hardware and software for new employees.
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems, printers, and network devices.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the IT helpdesk database.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex technical problems.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires regarding company IT policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and troubleshoot problems.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
