Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate, detailed logs of all support incidents and resolutions.

Qualifications
