Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with senior team members on network infrastructure projects
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Participate in employee training sessions for new technology deployments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of technical support or internship experience
- Proficiency with Windows OS and basic networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
