Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware/software issues across 150+ workstations
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including patch management and vulnerability assessments
- Create and maintain technical documentation for IT systems and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technology solutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical issues
- Train end-users on new software and technology implementations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Previous internship or helpdesk experience preferred but not required
