Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Assist with network administration tasks including user account management
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system issues
- Conduct regular system maintenance and security updates
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
