Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems and business applications
  • Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
  • Create and maintain documentation for SOPs, network diagrams, and inventory logs
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on cybersecurity initiatives and system upgrades
  • Deliver user training on new software implementations and best practices
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (preferred, not required)
