Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems and business applications
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Create and maintain documentation for SOPs, network diagrams, and inventory logs
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cybersecurity initiatives and system upgrades
- Deliver user training on new software implementations and best practices
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (preferred, not required)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to research technical solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) preferred
- Valid US driver's license for occasional client site visits
