Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Provide remote and on-site technical support via ticketing systems
- Document all IT procedures and troubleshooting steps
- Assist with network administration tasks under supervision
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex technical challenges
- Participate in ongoing training to expand technical knowledge
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
