- Provide Tier 1 Technical Support: Assist end-users with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve Network Issues: Diagnose and fix basic connectivity problems and printer malfunctions.
- Hardware Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Documentation: Log all support tickets and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system.
- Learning & Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to master new technologies and protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary – we provide full training.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic computer literacy is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
