Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues for internal users.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of technical tickets and issue resolution in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve our technical processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
