Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist customers and team members with resolving connectivity, network, and device problems.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our support ticketing system accurately.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify recurring bugs and suggest improvements.
- Conduct basic software installations, updates, and system configurations.
- Maintain a clean and organized IT workspace, ensuring all equipment is operational.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components (CPU, RAM, Storage) and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (we provide support).
