Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal staff via ticketing systems and direct communication
- Assist with hardware/software installation, configuration, and maintenance of office systems
- Document IT procedures, network diagrams, and system configurations
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on cybersecurity best practices and compliance initiatives
- Participate in disaster recovery testing and system backup procedures
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues
- Support user account management and access control systems
- Contribute to IT asset inventory management and lifecycle tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to obtain relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) within first year
