Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with network troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and user account management
- Deploy and configure desktops/laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Document IT procedures, knowledge base articles, and incident reports
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects and system upgrades
- Participate in cross-functional team initiatives and process improvements
- Maintain security protocols and compliance standards for data protection
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required)
- No prior IT experience necessary - we provide full training!
- Basic familiarity with Windows/macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Valid work authorization in the US or eligibility for visa sponsorship

- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call rotations
