Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define and implement features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code through rigorous code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprints, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, Go).
- Strong command of English for effective cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- BS in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to obtain necessary work authorization in the United States.
