Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Provide technical support to employees via ticketing systems and in-person
- Monitor network security and implement basic protective measures
- Document IT processes and maintain asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior team on infrastructure upgrades
- Train users on new technology implementations
- Perform routine system backups and recovery tests
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
