Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to employees via phone, email, and in-person support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Manage network security protocols and data backup processes
- Document IT issues and resolutions in company knowledge base
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Conduct regular system audits and performance optimizations
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
