Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Assist with network monitoring and basic system administration
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior team on infrastructure projects
- Conduct user training sessions for company systems
- Participate in cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Support cloud service management (AWS/Azure)
Qualifications
- No prior IT experience required – we train!
- Valid passport and visa eligibility for U.S. sponsorship
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting aptitude
