Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate basic farm machinery under supervision (tractors, irrigation systems)
- Maintain field hygiene and crop quality standards
- Assist with packing and processing of fresh produce
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental guidelines
- Participate in team-based harvesting operations
- Report equipment issues or crop irregularities to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior agricultural experience required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid H2A visa eligibility (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to farm location
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
