Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (chiles, corn, alfalfa)
- Operate basic farm equipment under supervision (tractors, irrigation systems)
- Inspect crops for quality and maintain field hygiene
- Assist with packing and sorting harvested produce
- Follow all safety protocols and pesticide handling guidelines
- Participate in irrigation system maintenance
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams
Qualifications
