Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers in resolving issues regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Input and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
