- Training & Support: Conduct product training sessions and provide technical support to resolve client queries efficiently.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze client feedback to communicate product improvement needs to the engineering team.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong rapport with stakeholders to drive customer retention and upsell opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM software and prepare weekly performance reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
