Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and questions efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately input and maintain customer data in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer experience.
- Learn and utilize company software and communication tools effectively.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (10-15 WPM).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Must possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
