Responsibilities
- Manage daily communications with clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide technical support.
- Assist customers in understanding our software solutions and troubleshoot common technical issues.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
