Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the setup process, ensuring a seamless transition and immediate value realization.
- Health Monitoring: Proactively monitor client accounts to identify potential issues and prevent churn.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via email, phone, and video conferencing.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer insights and relay them to the product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Training: Assist in creating training materials and conducting product demos for prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and find creative solutions under pressure.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
