Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team leads to develop strategies for improving service efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the support team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
