- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve complex customer issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets regarding call volume and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
