- Data Management: Accurately log customer interactions and feedback into our CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior representatives and management to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Training & Development: Actively participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in service delivery and communicate them to the team lead for resolution.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex topics simply.
- Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a proactive approach to learning new tasks.
- Adaptability: Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes effectively.
