Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process orders and ensure accurate data entry into our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies through ongoing training sessions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we are happy to train the right candidate.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM with high accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office Suite.
