Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to meet departmental sales goals.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and customer retention.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the company at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No previous work experience necessary; we train all new hires.
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote).
