Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues, questions, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM database.
- Provide product and service information to help customers navigate solutions.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior experience necessary; full training is provided.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
