Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Process orders, applications, and forms accurately to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain and update customer account records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, email, and CRM experience is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
- Reliable transportation (if required for hybrid/on-site shift flexibility).
