Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate case records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet daily performance metrics for call volume and resolution time
- Continuously improve product knowledge through ongoing training modules
