Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by listening to their needs and offering effective solutions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal CRM software.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share best practices.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or specific educational background required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be a resident of the San Antonio area.
