Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trends and improve service delivery.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and team members.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets regarding call volume and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
