Job Summary
We are currently hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Associates to support our growing client base. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide high-quality support.
- Assist customers in navigating our services and products to find the best solutions for their needs.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data and records in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends in customer feedback and improve service protocols.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Handle basic data entry and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications
