Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Assist clients with account information, service details, and basic troubleshootingMaintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues

Qualifications
