Responsibilities
- Coordinate personalized relocation consultations for incoming residents
- Conduct neighborhood tours and provide insights on Las Vegas amenities
- Assist with housing searches and school district information
- Facilitate connections with local service providers (movers, schools, utilities)
- Maintain detailed client records and relocation progress trackers
- Collaborate with real estate agents and corporate partners
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, or relocation assistance
- Extensive knowledge of Las Vegas neighborhoods, schools, and resources
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficient with CRM software and digital scheduling tools
- Valid Nevada driver's license with reliable transportation
- Spanish fluency is highly desirable
