As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to our daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency, aiming for a 100% satisfaction rate.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records in our internal CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to improve service delivery processes.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain service packages to new clients.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members and handle administrative duties.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with learning new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work full-time shifts (Monday–Friday).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
