- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team of 8-12 specialists
- Partner with venture capital firms to identify and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for major initiatives
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development, reducing carbon footprint by 40% by 2026
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D roles
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Thinking (e.g., from Singularity University)
