Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided agricultural machinery and harvesting equipment
- Perform field tasks including planting, irrigation, and crop maintenance
- Adhere to strict safety protocols when handling tools and machinery
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment storage
- Assist in post-harvest processing and quality control inspections
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
