Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently run assigned production equipment and machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all output meets strict quality standards.
- Assembly: Assemble parts and components according to blueprints and assembly instructions.
- Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance on equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace safety protocols at all times.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with coworkers to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred (experience will be considered in lieu of education).
- Visa Status: Must be eligible for or willing to apply for an EB3 Unskilled Visa sponsorship.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a history of punctuality and dependability.
