Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate standard industrial equipment and assembly line machinery.
- Assembly Work: Perform repetitive assembly tasks with high attention to detail and quality standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections to ensure products meet company specifications.
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize materials and products as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: No prior work experience is required. We provide on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform manual labor tasks.
- Legality: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (EB3 Visa sponsorship available).
- Language: Basic English comprehension skills are required to follow instructions and ensure safety.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
