Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly and manufacturing tasks according to specifications.
- Operate standard machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and comply with safety regulations.
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality control standards.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or possess an EB3 visa or Green Card.
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Good physical stamina and dexterity.
- Basic English language proficiency for communication.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
