Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Operate basic machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Assist with material handling, including loading, unloading, and storage.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management immediately.
Qualifications
- No previous experience or formal education is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor duties for extended periods.
- Must be willing to relocate to Indianapolis, Indiana.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
- Basic English language proficiency is preferred for safety communication.
- Must be eligible for and willing to pursue EB3 Unskilled Labor visa sponsorship.
