Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and manufacturing tasks according to established quality standards.
- Operate standard machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills in English.
- Valid government-issued ID and social security number.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- No prior specialized experience required; we provide training.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive motions.
