Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in warehouse environment
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas following safety protocols
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed)
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Newark facility
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – training provided
