Responsibilities
- Perform General Manufacturing Tasks: Operate assembly lines and production equipment under strict quality control standards.
- Warehouse Operations: Assist with inventory management, packing, sorting, and loading shipments efficiently.
- Maintenance & Hygiene: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Equipment Handling: Safely handle tools, machinery, and materials using provided protective equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to supervisors immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible for EB3 Visa sponsorship or already possess a valid work visa.
- Language: Basic English comprehension skills (or willingness to learn).
- Education: High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
