Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate counting and recording of inventory stock levels.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and minor maintenance checks on machinery and equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the US and willing to participate in the EB3 Green Card sponsorship process.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying weather conditions.
- English Proficiency: Basic English reading and comprehension skills are required for safety instructions.
