Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and facility maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and organizing inventory.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures strictly to prevent accidents.
- Operate basic industrial tools and equipment under supervision.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with little to no professional background.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (or possess a valid visa for application).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English reading and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Minneapolis location.
