Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery and production lines in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Assemble components and products to meet strict quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Inspect finished goods for defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and conveyor systems efficiently.
- Follow verbal and written instructions for daily tasks and production goals.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and repetitive motion.
- No specific technical experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States (we are a Sponsorship Company).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
