Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently run assigned industrial equipment and production machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet strict quality standards and specifications.
- Packaging & Labeling: Properly package finished goods and apply necessary labeling for shipment and storage.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the counting, sorting, and organization of raw materials and finished products.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Production Support: Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets and schedules.
- General Labor: Perform general cleaning and maintenance of workstations and equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse or factory setting.
- Language: Basic English proficiency is required for communication and safety instructions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work rotating shifts if necessary.
- Work Authorization: Candidates must be eligible to work in the US or willing to accept an EB-3 Unskilled job offer.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new skills are essential.
